Interval Training is a unique design, combining knitted colorwork with embroidery. The merger of these two art forms yields a gorgeous, eye-catching cowl. The pattern is a perfect way to play with color, whether it be using just two colors for maximum impact or a gradient set for a more subtle shift in hues. The pattern is not included.

Sets for Interval Training are for the two gradient versions shown and include

• one Jujubee DK Gradient Set
• one full skein of Playtime DK in either the lightest color or darkest color in the Gradient Set

Or you can create your own Interval Training set with a Jujubee DK Gradient Set plus a full skein of Playtime DK in either the lightest or darkest color in the Gradient Set - please note that you should choose a shaded gradient set where the colors shift from light to dark. Your full skein of Playtime DK is the color that will appear at the top of the cowl.

Or you can create an Interval Training set with three skeins of Playtime DK - two skeins for your Cowl Color and one skein for your embroidery color
